[jboss-user] [JBoss Tools (users)] - Upgrade to last nightly build - HOW

I have installed nightly built from 03-Jul-2007 .
Now i see that there is new build and i ask you.
Can i just unzip last nightly over my current installation or must do that in clean install of Eclipse???
