My team seems to be having a very similar problem.  Calling seam.invalidateSession doesn't seem to work... we need to close the brower.  We're using seam v1.1.6GA.

Did the problem Louis report above exist in v1.1.6?  If so, how/where can I get a v1.1.x build with the fix?  (Is there a way to build 1.1.x stream from anonCVS?)
