[jboss-user] [Security & JAAS/JBoss] - Adding trusted certs

Can someone please answer this very simple and very newbie question for me?  When a new trusted certificate is added to the truststore, does JBoss need to be restarted for it to see/acknowledge the new certificate?   I am seeing evidence to this effect but I need to make sure that this is or isn't the case.
