Hi,

This is happening because the timeout for state transfer is (LockAcquisitionTimeout + 5 sec). In your case this is (15 + 5) seconds. If you increase LockAcquisitionTimeout you should be fine. However, I suspect we should introduce separate timeout for initial state transfer.
