I had the exact same question. Here's how for Eclipse IDE for OSX. At least for me, downloading the plugin from here:

http://labs.jboss.com/jbosside/download/index.html

Did not work (no osx specific downloads :-D). Here's the right solution:

http://docs.jboss.com/jbosside/install/build/en/html/installation.html#jbosside.features
