The latest (only usable in AS 5):
http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/trunk/ejb3

The one for AS 4.2:
http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/tags/JBoss_4_2_0_GA/ejb3
and
http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/branches/Branch_4_2/ejb3

Best is to checkout AS completely and start from there.
