[jboss-user] [JBoss Seam] - Parametrized Method Expression: only with facelets?

Why Seam's parametrized method expression only work with Facelets? I want to use SeamExpressionFactory and ParamMethodExpression whithout Facelets and I can't.. I think it can work well whithout Facelets, no?

There are any plans to remove facelets' dependency on this API?
