[jboss-user] [JBoss Portal] - Portal Installation on App Server 4.5.0

How do you install the JBoss Portal files on top of an existing JBoss installation version 4.5.0?

I tried copying the jboss portal sar folder to the existing jboss default server deploy folder but I get a servlet NullPointerException when accessing http://localhost:8080/portal
