We don't suport canditate releases, unless they're for the lastest version. 4.0.2.CR1 is a very old candidate release. I would suggest moving to a GA or SP. 

We support 4.0.1sp1, 4.0.2, 4.0.3, 4.0.3SP1, 4.0.4.GA, 4.0.5.GA.
