Argh.... darn MIME types... I was trying to say I wanted to change from
the following (please note the proper xml notation is purposely ommitted):

    param name="File" value="${jboss.server.log.dir}/server.log"

to

    param name="File" value="${env.LOG_PATH}/server.log"

where LOG_PATH is the environment variable
