[jboss-user] [JBoss Seam] - What is the advantages of using pages.xml or JBPM page?

As I understand either pages.xml located in WEB-INF or the org.jboss.seam.core.Jbpm component page defined in components.xml can define page navigation.  
What is the advantages of using pages.xml or JBPM page?
