[jboss-user] [JBoss Seam] - EL evaluated in comment

Seam built from CVS around March 15th 2007.

In .xhtml page took some not-ready code and <!-- commented it out.

Got exception with stack trace complaining that EL wasn't able to find a property or so, and that property name clearly was from within that comment in a #{notYetExisting.someProperty.

Is that supposed to be that way or is that a bug?

If a bug, is it new, known, fixed or will be fixed when?
