This is definitavely a JBossTS (arjuna JTA ) transaction problem :
We find a workaround : we fix the transaction type to RequiresNew - and surprise it works !


This ie not normal - we should be able to stay with Required transtion type - i.e. stay in the transactional context of the calling EJB.
The original code with transactional type Required was deployed on Glassfish with success.

I suggest to open a bug on this
