Hi Mark,

We don't see any SetRollbackOnly in this part of code .
Is it possible to get the current transaction in the code and see if it is marked as RollbackOnly ?
We could add this code just before the failure . 

I'm sure it's not the timeout hypothesis - the failure occurs immediatly
