[jboss-user] [JBoss Seam] - how to use modal "popup" to display validation/error message

I would like to be able to pop up a rich faces modal box with a validation error message. Does anyone have ideas how I can trigger this?

I guess I can place the modal declaration in a facet in a s:decorate - but how do I trigger it to popup?

My form in this situation has one field, and a submit button.
Any ideas?
