I was able to get it to work by entering 


Stop Args

-s localhost:1099 -a jmx/rmi/RMIAdaptor  -u adminlogin -p mypass

Twiddle Args

-S  -u adminlogin -p mypass


In someone has not found it yet.  Here is the JBoss site with helpful demo SWF files

The create server one helped me.
