[jboss-user] [JBoss Getting Started Documentation] - Getting struck while starting jboss-5.0.0.Beta2

Hi,
I am unable to start JBOSS 5 Beta 2 version. I am running on 

Red Hat Linux release 9 (Shrike)
Kernel 2.4.20-6smp on an i686

JDK Version: java version "1.6.0-rc"

It gets struck after displaying 

04:53:42,286 INFO  [ServerImpl] Starting Microcontainer, bootstrapURL=file:/home/svangala/jboss/jboss-5.0.0.Beta2/server/default/conf/bootstrap-beans.xml
04:53:44,148 INFO  [ProfileImpl] Using profile root:/home/svangala/jboss/jboss-5.0.0.Beta2/server/default


Any help is very much appreciated.
