Hmm, I am not sure what's going on. All my apps work fine on 4.2.0 GA and Seam 1.2.1 GA. I will try to make my apps (examples from my book) available later today so that you can have a try.

I have not tried the new Seam gen in CVS on 4.2.0.  (Seam gen in 1.2.1 generates JBoss 4.0.5 apps).
