If you are using JBoss 4.0.5 I suggest you to install it with the last versione of jems installer

java -jar jems-installer-1.2.0.GA.jar

I'm currently useing EJB3 profile with Jbossws.1.2.1.GA without any problem; instead I've noticed that the problem appear with former version
of jems installer (e.g. 1.2.0.BETA)...
