[jboss-user] [JBoss Seam] - jboss-seam.jar in default/lib?

why isn't the jboss-seam.jar as part of the JBoss 4.2.1.GA distro in the default/lib folder?

Seam is a JBoss product.  So most folks deploy the Seam jar's as part of the EAR???
