yes sir , 
I am using http://localhost:8080/

even that -b 0.0.0.0 
didn't worked ...........

and can you explain me the idea behind the above -b 0.0.0.0 , I didn't get it properly . 

What can be the reasons for the above problem , 
I see the page completely blank at port 8080 , and there is no response at the server .......
