Thanks for your answer peter, I will try that.

One remark though:
For all I found out, this seems to happen when a conversation runs out of scope, after a file was uploaded (and hasn't been processed yet). Is it possible that the serializer crashes on the 'stale' uploaded file(pointer)? And how should I debug/check this?
