safe to ignore - we don't enable JPA/Dali by default because it has different issues, see http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBIDE-1176

Note: it is fine to enable JPA after the wizard has run but just be aware of those issues in JBIDE-1176 and it will work fine.
