I have the same problem with the following code in components.xml:


  | <core:resource-loader>
  |    	<core:bundle-names>
  |    		<value>ui</value>
  |    	</core:bundle-names>
  | </core:resource-loader>
  | 

Error description is:

cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'core:resource-loader'.
