Actually I found some recomendations on http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=112775.

But the main difference is that my external IP is obtained from DHCP so it is impossible to specify -b AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD

So any help is appreciated
