I tried with Conversation/ event/ Session scopes!
and the results are interesting as it works fine for event, session scopes and fails for conversation scope.

any thought what's I'm doing wrong with the conversation scope?

The one that doesn't work will be the mostly likely way one wanna to do things ;-)
