Thanks Kabir. I guess I need to take a look at deployment order so that my interceptor is loaded before TomcatDeployer.

Would putting the .aop archive file in the jboss-aop-jdk50.deployer directory be a good solution? As far as I can tell this directory gets deployed before the jboss-web.deployer directory.
