Ok solved it ... 

Avast! antivirus + Vista  =>  Captcha initializes in 1 min   :-#
Avast! antivirus + XP  =>  Captcha initializes in 2 s     :-|
Avast! antivirus disabled + Vista or XP =>  Captcha initializes in 1 s     :)
