okay...

found it myself.
The namespaces for the jpdl-definitions have changed - but in the reference for 2.0.0 there´s still the same syntax.
Thanks to the examples I found that it should be


  |  <bpm:jbpm>
  |         <bpm:pageflow-definitions>
  |             <value>registerUser.jpdl.xml</value>           
  |             <value>createItem.jpdl.xml</value>
  |         </bpm:pageflow-definitions>
  |     </bpm:jbpm>
