[jboss-user] Memory upgrade

Hi All,
My JBoss server has the memory settings as given below.
JAVA_OPTS=\"-server -Xss128k -Xms256m -Xmx512m -XX:PermSize=128m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -Djava.awt.headless=true\"
Recently the physical Ram has been upgraded to 3GB. Now I have been asked to double the JBoss memory .
So what changes should be done in the above given settings?
