[jboss-user] [EJB 3.0] - EJB-QL generator or T-SQL --> EJB-QL converter?

anybody know if a EJB-QL generator or T-SQL --> EJB-QL converter exists?  Or do you have to hand-code custom findBy methods, for example?  thx.
