[jboss-user] [JBoss Cache: Core Edition] - Opinions wanted: Generics in the Cache interface - good idea

What do people think of the genericisation of the Cache interface - introduced in "Habanero" for the 2.X series?  Are they useful or a pain to use?  And more importantly, should they be removed in 3.X?
