What control you want to have exactly ?
You should be able to control the ResourceAdapter specific controls thorugh the following MBean 
jboss.jca:name='yourrar.rar',service=RARDeployment

eg 

jboss.jca:name='jboss-local-jdbc.rar',service=RARDeployment
