The WAR output looks fine to me (atleast the war file is not corrupt). 

After reverting back the changes to the jboss-service.xml file, are you able to deploy the WAR? (you will have to restart JBoss for the changes to take effect). If you still see the errors, please post the contents of the jboss-service.xml and even the error logs (you have already have posted the error logs, but i just want to make sure that the error is the same).
