Hi, 

I am running jBPM 3.2.3 out-of-the-box (with Java 1.6).  I got the same problem as described above. 
Coincidentally, I discovered that if both transitions outgoing from the Fork have the attribute "name" set the problem does not appear (the default setting is that the first transition does not have this attribute set to anything).
