Managed to get it working after playing with a few properties and finding the build.xml here http://viewcvs.labs.jboss.com/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/jbpm/jbpm.3/build.xml?view=markup

Not sure why I didn't get it on my checkout from SVN but oh well.  Maybe it's only in the CVS repo?
