I would suggest that you 

1) remove the mappedName from the bean:

@Stateless(mappedName="AppFacadeImpl")

The default business remote interface will then be bound at AppFacadeImpl/remote.

2) Or provide some different mappedName which does not match the bean name:

@Stateless(mappedName="MyAppFacadeImpl")
