  We use transaction level Read-committed as adviced in the documentation.
 <local-tx-datasource>
  |         <jndi-name>JbpmDS</jndi-name>
  |   		<transaction-isolation>TRANSACTION_READ_COMMITTED</transaction-isolation> 
  | 
  | We also tried an XA datasource but that gave the same result.
