[jboss-user] [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - Unable to open the admin console

Hi,
    Port 8080 was already in use so after installing the jboss I changed the port to 28080 in /apps/vendor/jboss/server/default/deploy/jboss-web.deployer/server.xml as below and restarted the jboss.



When I try to start the web browser http://10.232.11.70:28080/ it doesn't come up show the following error:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage 
   
   Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet. 
The website is encountering problems. 
There might be a typing error in the address.
