ive added a new version of the maven plugin in the snapshot repository and added a wiki page with the same info we have in the docs in svn. you can find the wiki here: http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JBossAOPMavenPlugin
please test it out and get back to us if you find any bugs or if there are any changes you would like to see before its final. ill try to attach a small downloadable example for you to test out too.
