im using seam 2.0.0GA and RF 3.1.3 

i think im getting this issue.  i added the suggestion theme.css but no joy 

i tried in firefox and it looked the same in IE it was almost correct but the bottom part of the panel was not showing.

have i missed somethig all i have added is the 

.rich-stglpanel-body {
	overflow: auto;
}	

lines to the bottom of my css file
