[jboss-user] [JBoss jBPM] - Integrating existing J2EE application with jBPM?

Hi Everyone,

I am very new to Workflow technology. 

My requirement is to create a workflow which should interact with existing J2EE applications e.g. depending upon action it should inform or send specific information to existing java application. 

Is it possible? If not is there an other open source worflow available to this?
