The .xml file is not shown properly. The setup in our appliation is as following:

             property name="hibernate.dialect" value="org.hibernate.dialect.SybaseDialect" 
             property name="hibernate.transaction.manager_lookup_class" value="org.hibernate.transaction.JBossTransactionManagerLookup"
