I see that getters are run when i make in nested conversation:
conversation.endAndRedirect(true); 

So I can put on top of the page some getter which will refresh what I want when i'm back from nestec conversation. Drawback is that any call to this form will run this getter.

Maybe there is more elegant way to do it?
