[jboss-user] [JBoss Seam] - Starting with project

Hi
I want to create project in seam framework (writing M.A thesis). It is better to start with seam gen (it makes a lot of mess in eclipse 3.3, in neatbeans 6.0 it looks ok) or start with empty file, config file and library? Subject of project will be "System comunity health centre".
