Bracket your xml text with [ code ]...[ /code ] (without the spaces.  Or highligh the text and click the Code button. Either way, hit preview first to check the post before submitting it.

Be aware that JBossAS 4.2.x binds to 127.0.0.1, and not to 0.0.0.0 (see the readme.hmtl file, under Configuration Issues), so any attempts to use a host name other than "localhost" in the url will fail.

Are you running this on Linux or Windows? On Linux you cannot use port 80 unless you are running as root (or provide some appropriate magic).
