What i am looking for is a message like

Whatever logs that you have posted, do indicate that the server startup is working fine.

I'm surprised that telnet localhost 1099 does not output anything. For me it shows:

1) Does telnet 127.0.0.1 1099 show any output?

2) Post the output of the following:

ipconfig /all
