[jboss-user] [JBoss jBPM] - Fork with no states in branches Throws exception

Hi,
 
I have a process which has a fork with two branches . In each branch I have a decision nodes based on the condition if true it will create a tasknode or else will transit to JOIN node.

The problem is whenever the condition is false as soon as it goes to join it throws exception staleobjectstateException and does not execute the other branch.
I read that this is a known bug and there is a unofficial patch for this
If somebody has any fix for this please let me know
