it is known problem, related to WTP regression in 2.0.2 - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=222531.
There is a patch available to fix issue mentioned above - http://repository.jboss.org/eclipse/webtools/patches/wtp-P-P20080506003122-20080506003122.zip.
