Sorry, it's been a while and now that I've read the 1st post, there's this information:

But I do remember trying with both Seam 1 and Seam 2. Probably the error for Seam 2 was something else, and you're right: MyFaces wasn't added by JBoss Tools.

Anyways, it's probably have to do with not installing the WTP patch. It's woking now. Thanks.
